- 1.5 tsp matcha powder (4 g)
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (about 70 g)
- 1 cup milk (255 g)
- 1 tbsp sugar (Optional, about 15 g)
Instructions
- On a hot day, cool down with this quick and creamy matcha latte! This recipe makes one 300ml serving—feel free to adjust the amount based on how many you're making. Start by adding 70g (about 2 scoops) of vanilla ice cream to a personal blender.
- Add 4g (1.5 tsp) of matcha powder and 255g (1 cup) of milk. If you prefer it sweeter, add 15g (1 tbsp) of sugar.
- Blend until smooth. Pour the matcha latte into a glass and dust the top with a bit of matcha powder.
