Advanced convection function
The oven cavity features a sturdy fan to circulate the air inside for even heating and roasting. The fan on the back is effective at eliminating any cold spots or hotspots. 6 cooking modes

The other three modes are Toast, Proof, and Warm. Toast mode allows you to toast bread evenly on both sides as the oven features heating elements on the top and bottom. Just ensure that you set the number of slices you want roasted and choose the level of darkness. The Proof mode is another option to use for yeasty bread to allow it to rise in the oven safely.  

Lastly, the warm mode is another excellent option you find with the oven to warm your food before serving it. The Wolf Gourmet Countertop oven is too versatile to even think of it as a warming oven but still, this a great option to have.

Temperature probe
Another feature of this oven is the temperature probe. If you are cooking meatloaf, for instance, you do not need to guess the internal temperature level or use a thermometer to know whether the temperature is ideal. This feature reads the temperature and indicates on the LCD screen on the oven.

Five heating elements
There are five heating elements inside so you will never have to worry about the temperature being even in certain parts of this oven. The elements also ensure that you roast or bake food in a short time in case you are in a rush to get the food on the dinner table.

Capacity
Do you need to cook for a large family? You need this oven. It has a 9 x 13-inch pan meaning a chicken can easily fit inside. Additionally, the interior is non-stick, which makes the cleanup easier.
