  • 1 Shaker (or a thermal bottlewith a tight lid as an alternative)

Ingredients

  • 3 oranges
  • 120 ml hot water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  • Brew the green tea byadding about 120 ml of hot water to the tea bag. Set aside to steep.

  • Juice two orangesusing any convenient juicing tool you have. Set the juice aside.

  • Slice the thirdorange into four wedges. Squeeze the juice from the wedges into a shaker anddrop the squeezed slices in.

  • Add honey to the shaker and stir gently to mix with the orange juice.

  • Add some iced cubes and pour in the brewedgreen tea. Shake well to mix the tea, honey, and orange.

  • Prepare a glass withice (the one in the video is around 200 ml). Pour in the orange juice until theglass is about halfway full.
