- Drinking Glasses
Ingredients
- 1/3 lemon
- 2 tablespoon Elderflower syrup (DRYCK FLÄDER)
- 2 mint leaves
- Ice cube
- Sparkling water
Instructions
- Add ice in a glass and squeeze the lemon juice into the glass.

- Add elderflower syrup, lemon slice, and stir.

- Then add sparkling water and mint leaves.

- Serve the sparkling elderflower lemon water. Finish and enjoy

Cooking & Storage Tips
- Before adding the mint leaves to your glass, place them in your palm and give them a quick ‘slap’ with your other hand. This bruising technique instantly releases the essential oils, ensuring a much more aromatic and refreshing minty finish.
- To create a beautiful presentation, pour the elderflower syrup and lemon juice at the bottom first, fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes, and then slowly top with sparkling water. The syrup will stay at the bottom, creating a lovely ombre effect for your guests to stir.
