Puff Pastry Black Sesame Tangyuan (Sweet Rice Ball)
Puff Pastry Black Sesame Tangyuan is a creative twist on a classic Taiwanese dessert. But in this version, we wrap them in flaky puff pastry and cook them in the air fryer until golden and crisp. The result? A delightful fusion of textures: crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with a rich, nutty black sesame filling that oozes with every bite. It’s fast, fun, and incredibly satisfying — no soup needed.Perfect as a snack, festive treat, or modern take on traditional flavors, these pastry-wrapped tangyuan are sure to surprise and delight.
