Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Powdered sugar
- 70 g Milk powder
Instructions
- Soften the butter first. You can check by pressing it with your finger—if it goes in easily, it’s ready.

- Add 100 g of butter to a mixing bowl, then add 50 g of powdered sugar. Mix until fully combined.

- Next, add 70 g of milk powder. Continue mixing until everything is evenly blended.

- Your Taiwanese Milk Spread is ready! Transfer it into a clean glass jar for storage. It will keep for up to 5 days at room temperature (below 25°C / 77°F), or up to 10 days in the fridge.

- Use it just like jam or peanut butter—spread evenly on toast and bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 7 minutes.
