- 1/2 lemon
- 1000 ml water or sparkling water about 4–5 cups

Cooking & Storage Tips
- Use a fork to help hold the cucumber
If the cucumber is difficult to hold while shaving it into ribbons, gently hold one side with a fork to keep it steady. This makes it easier and safer to slice. - Use fresh mint for the best flavor
Fresh mint gives this drink a clean and cooling aroma. If the mint leaves are large, you can gently clap or lightly press them before adding them to release more fragrance. - Do not infuse for too long
This drink tastes best when it is lightly infused. If lemon sits in water for too long, the flavor may become slightly bitter. For the freshest taste, enjoy it within the same day. - Store leftovers in the fridge
If you do not finish the drink right away, keep it refrigerated and enjoy it within 1 day. Avoid leaving it at room temperature for too long, especially in hot weather. - Add sparkling water right before serving
If using sparkling water, it is best to add it shortly before drinking so the bubbles stay fresh.
