Cooking & Storage Tips
- Adjusting Sweetness
If your kiwi happens to be on the riper, sweeter side, 1 teaspoon of honey is perfect. However, if it’s a bit tart, feel free to increase it to 2 teaspoons. Always tailor the sweetness to your personal preference! - Play with Ratios
The video showcases a balanced 1:1 ratio of fresh juice to green tea. Feel free to experiment—add more tea for a lighter, more refreshing floral note, or add more juice for a bolder, fruit-forward flavor. - Don’t Over-Steep
Be mindful not to let the green tea bag steep for too long in the hot water (around 3–4 minutes is ideal). Over-steeping green tea can release bitter tannins, which might overpower the delicate sweetness of the honey and kiwi.
