  • 1 onion
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon dashi powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Crack eggs in a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon dashi powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt, and whisk well.
