Ingredients
- 90 g rolled oats
- 6 g unsweetened cocoapowder
- 120 g milk
- 40 g 80% dark chocolate (unsweetened)
- 1 banana
- Low-sugar peanut butter as desired (optional; skip if allergic)
Instructions
- Add 90 g of rolled oats and 6 g of unsweetened cocoa powder to a mixing bowl, then mix well.

- Pour in 120 g of milk and stir until fully combined. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the milk, then set aside.

- Melt 40 g of dark chocolate (80%, unsweetened) over a double boiler. If you have ready-made chocolate sauce, you can use it instead, choose unsweetened or low-sugar if you prefer. Check for any solid pieces, and once smooth, set aside.

- Once all ingredients are ready, start assembling the chocolate banana oat balls.Line a small bowl with plastic wrap, leaving enough extra around the edges to help shape the ball later.

- Spoon the chocolate oat mixture into the bowl and press it down gently, creating a small hollow in the center.

- Place half a banana in the center, then drizzle with melted chocolate.Adjust the amount to your preference, but avoid adding too much to prevent overflow.

- Add a small amount of peanut butter on both sides of the banana (optional—skip if allergic).

- Pull up the plastic wrap from all sides to wrap the oats around the filling completely.Seal it tightly into a ball shape. Repeat with the remaining mixture to make another ball.

- Chill both chocolate banana oat balls in the refrigerator for half a day or overnight.Enjoy a quick and nutritious breakfast the next morning!

Cooking & Storage Tips
- This recipe is designed as a low-sugar breakfast option. While cocoa powder, dark chocolate, and peanut butter naturally contain some sweetness, you can easily adjust the flavor by choosing low-sugar or unsweetened ingredients to your taste.
- If you have a peanut allergy, simply skip the peanut butter — the chocolate and banana combination is just as delicious on its own.
