Ingredients
- 2 slices white bread (toast)
- 45 g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 slice mozzarella cheese
- shredded cheese, as needed
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix 45 g unsalted butter with 1 tbsp honey. Make sure the butter is softened at room temperature so it blends easily.

- Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix again until it becomes a smooth,spreadable paste.

- Spread the honey-butter mixtureevenly on both slices of bread.

- Add a layer of shredded cheese to one slice(on the side without the honey butter). Adjust the amount based on your preference. Place one slice of mozzarella cheese on top, then cover with the second slice of bread.

- Toast the sandwich in a pan over low heat. Cook the sides with the honey-butter spread until golden brown. Keep the heat low so the inside cheese melts without burning the outside.
