Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado (about 450 g)
- 1 pudding (about 100 g;caramel, vanilla, or plain)
- 30 g honey (1 ½ tbsp)
- 600 ml milk
- 150 g ice cubes (or 150 ml cold water)
Instructions
- Cut, peel and slice the avocado. Put the sliced avocado into a blender. You can also scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender.

- Add 30 g (1 ½ tbsp) of honey, 1 pudding, water, 150 g of ice cubes,or 150 ml cold water.

- Blend on medium about 30 seconds until all ingredients mix well.

- Serve the Avocado Milkshake (for three servings, about 350 ml each). Finish and enjoy
